Our website continues to accepts orders, but please note that the spread of COVID-19 has resulted in our delivery timelines being longer than usual.  International shipments may experience up to a 4 to 8 weeks delay during this time.  Thank you for your understanding. Local Shipping :
Shipping Cost $50 for Hong Kong order.

 

Purchases of $200 or more will get a free Shipping. 

International Shipping :
Shipping Cost $200 for international order.

Purchases of $600 or more will get a free Shipping. 

All International purchases will be shipped by Hongkong Post (www.hongkongpost.com) which will take about 10-14 business days.

The above estimated time depends on the destination and assumes no interruption or delay in postal service and customs clearance.  Occasionally, the customs can delay deliveries for up to 4-6 weeks due to inspection/security requirements. Unfortunately we have no control over this situation.

Duties and Taxes :

You may need to pay duties and taxes depending on your destination country. As customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, we do not have control over the charges and cannot estimate the cost on your behalf. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

Our stocks are limited. Please email us if the item you wish to purchase is out of stock and/or if you require further assistance.

 

Returns Policy :

 

Owing to the nature of merchandise, we are only willing to exchange for items found to be defective upon delivery. We regret that refund is not available. If the merchandise is defective when you receive it, please notify us within 7 days upon receipt of the shipment. The defective merchandise and all packing materials that come with the merchandise should also be returned.
